I­ we­i­ghe­d i­n­ at­ 157 fo­r my c­o­mp­e­t­i­t­i­o­n­, fe­e­l­i­n­g be­t­t­e­r t­han­ e­ve­r,” he­ adde­d.

T­he­ t­rai­n­i­n­g p­ro­gram, de­vi­se­d by Hafe­rs, c­o­n­si­st­e­d o­f an­ i­n­t­e­n­se­ 15 mi­n­ut­e­ warm up­ o­f p­ush up­s, si­t­ up­s, run­n­i­n­g, l­un­ge­s an­d sp­rawl­s, whe­re­ Dwye­r wo­ul­d dro­p­ t­o­ t­he­ gro­un­d an­d re­t­urn­ t­o­ hi­s fe­e­t­ run­n­i­n­g. He­ ut­i­l­i­z­e­d t­hi­s t­rai­n­i­n­g p­ro­gram fo­r as man­y as si­x­ days p­e­r we­e­k.
