If Boxing is your thing then why not start your own website on the topic!
Introducing the World’s FASTEST and EASIEST Custom Website Builder
If you thought that building an Boxing website was difficult then think again!
Now you can create and build a complete custom Boxing website with point and click and drag and drop ease in a matter of Minutes with the NEW 90 second website builder software.
There has never been a better time to get that Boxing online idea up and running, and tell the world all about it.
The software requires no knowledge of html to use. In fact, this is not even an HTML web editor, but an HTML generator. You don’t even have to know there is HTML used. Just put images, text and other object on your page and your page is ready! You CAN however add any existing HTML to your page using the advanced page and object HTML tools.
Other traditional programs use a document (word processor) method for layout, where you can not pick up objects and drag them where you want them to go on the web page. With this new software, you can drag and drop the objects anywhere you want. Giving you full control over the layout. You can even put objects on top (or below) other objects!
Traditional HTML editors use Dynamic Page Layout , which means that the first object on the page will also determine the position of the second object. Resizing or moving the first object will affect the layout of the page. You can not overlap objects when using Dynamic Page Layout.
The software generates a Fixed Page Layout. The objects on page have a fixed position which is not affected by other objects. This also allows you to overlap objects and give you much more control over the layout of the page.
But the software can do much more than this. You can add banners, navigation bars, ready-to-use javascripts and many other things that you can’t do using a regular HTML editor.
So building that Boxing website could not be easier, go on you know you can do it!
Once you have your website builder software, there is an online resource members area where you can watch step by step videos of how to set up each stage of your first website. We also provide you with 100’s of custom made editable templates so you can get started straight away, the members area is full of Internet Marketing advice including e-books on how to get traffic to your new site and more!
Remember YOU are an expert on Boxing if you are reading this, in that you know more than most people on the subject “Boxing”

If you’re new to martial arts or recently decided to learn self defense, you might have noticed there is a huge range of techniques and styles to choose from. If you’re wondering what you can learn to get the most payoff from your training, Jiu Jitsu is an excellent choice.
This is so embarrassing, my first class sparing quickly taught me that the bench press did nothing for my ability to be tough. I decided then and there that I had to have a better routing for my chest. I refused to be humiliated so badly. After you read this article you’ll have confidence to put together a workout that is much better for your chest as a martial artist.
Moving a weight from one point to the other in a straight line is not quite so effective if your opponent is coming at you from the side or behind.
I will reveal for you now as to how and why the traditional martial arts program unwittingly and maybe unintentionally, but definitely, discriminate against the middle-aged man or woman. (For abbreviated purposes, TMA will stand for Traditional Martial Arts.)
TMA (Karate, Kung Fu, Taekwondo, etc.) Emphasize And Glorify “High Kicks” - Due to most of the hoopla and fiction of what is portrayed in the movies, high kicks are emphasized and taught. The interesting thing is that for real life self protection, attempting high kicks is risky foolish, unwise and impractical. Trying to kick someone in the face makes as much sense as bending over to punch someone in the foot. High kicks require extreme hamstring and hip flexibility which begins to diminish rapidly after age 40.
An excellent routine for overall muscle endurance, same exercises as above
• Higher reps, 10-15 or more, so lighter weight of course.
• Follow this with as many pushups as you can do.
• Only rest for a maximum of 30 seconds, and repeat
Top Secret: I know you’re dying to find out what the bonus secret is:
Well… okay just kidding.
Another reason Jiu Jitsu techniques are the most effective: close quarters combat. Many fights will occur in a relatively small space or crowded area. Imagine being accosted while you’re in an ATM booth, on crowded public transportation, perhaps in the bedroom or hallway of your own home; in each of these areas you will have limited room to operate against your aggressor - most often you’ll simply lack the space to throw a nice high roundhouse kick to the head, even if you do have time to set yourself and get it off. Even if you try, you will likely find your attacker ducking and rushing in towards your body while you’re still on one leg. One way or another, you’ll end up on the ground and that’s where Jiu Jitsu techniques reign supreme

In martial arts, there are 3 major types of shin guards: Grappling, kickboxing or striking and muay thai. Although mma shin guards and muay thai are both striking styles, muay thai are built with much more padding.
Grappling shin guards are designed with padding in mind and also with staying on while rolling too. Most of these type have a sock type way of keeping the guard in place. A couple of draw backs are that they can be difficult to get on and off and they can get hot. Many of the higher end guards come with a strap at the top of the calf to help tighten them.
The Muay Thai shin guards are built to take heavy hits. These guards almost always have a re-enforcement down the front of the guard. The method of keeping them on is not as emphasized as with the grappling type. Two straps are all that keep them in place. The thing I don’t like about these is that they are heavy and can feel bulky. As someone with a Taekwondo background- speed is important!
Kickboxing is where you see the striking type shin guards. Kickboxing shin guards are not as concerned with keeping the guard on when on the ground. I am still surprised at the guards lack of added padding along the front. I don’t know what it is but, I always see people go cheap when it comes to kickboxing shin guards. They love the cloth covered guards that have about a quarter-inch of soft padding… Go figure!
I have some ideas for a hybrid MMA Style Shin guard. I think it would be cool to combine the added padding of muay thai with the sock of the grappling guards. With a hybrid style you can have great protection and also save money. You can also train for striking and also train for grappling without having to change. Another thing I would add is padding above the knee and also around the knee. This added padding would allow for true leg kick training.

Each father at some time or other during the “growing” years of his sons sees fit to instruct his protégés in the art of self-defense or amateur boxing.
One of the most important things a dad can teach his son is “how to make a proper fist,” in order to avoid future hand injuries. We all know how a painful thumb or finger injury results when a baseball or football strikes the wrong part of the hand.
Working the heavy bag also activates every major muscle group, and they all work together while you are working the bag. It will help you build coordination, timing, balance, power and functional speed.
Start any punching exercise with your basic combination’s of punches. As you increase your anaerobic stamina, your skill will improve, and you can extend your rounds to make them a little longer.
Strive to keep punching the whole time you’re training with any of your boxing workouts that include one of the bags. This will help you to optimize your workouts to their fullest benefit. You may be amazed, if you’re a beginner, that your heart rate will accelerate and your legs, obliques, shoulders and arms will run out of gas.
The speed drill will develop anaerobic endurance. Throw your punches as fast as you can. When doing combination’s, use a minimum of four punches.
The inside drill will help you develop stamina and inside power. Get in close with uppercuts and hooks.
Outside drills develop staying power and footwork. Make sure you circle in both directions. Throw your combination and then move quickly. Jab and circle, and throw your straight punches and jabs in combination’s.
Fighters, to get into desired boxing classes, watch your health closely while making weight. Modern technology and science have enlightened us in every field of human endeavor. Specific sports training, nutrition and weight management have also progressed so you have the right information to succeed. Now it is up to you to use it
