Breathing for life
Exact stomach breathing will aid us in a time of resentment or anxious conditions, even whilst we are fighting to obtain a reasonable night s kip. Without the body capable of loosening up the central nervous system it will get bogged down and the trauma fight flight effect will kick in. This then encourages the body to release stress hormones, which over time tends to deplete our central nervous system. For this reason anxiety is wedged in your body, probably producing lasting health issues. Another common problem is that when we are placed in a highly stressful or fearful environment, we tend to hold our breath and breathe even shallower than is normal, even for us; causing our bodies to become even more lethargic. Stress is held mainly in our jaws, shoulder and belly area.
Breathing exercise 1
While you are operating your PC or undertaking your job, use a break, leaving your thoughts to concentrate on your tummy area. Be aware of your breath, but let it happen naturally. Please do not force it. In the beginning you may find that your breathing may stop for a while and that you are breathing very shallow; breathing mainly into the upper part of your chest. But with some practice your breathing will deepen and your lower belly will start to engage and expand more. This is an extremely effective way to breathe.
The second breathing exercise
5-10 minutes daily breathing practice
Sit in a chair with your back straight and also tuck your chin in.Hold your head straight, and with the top of your head pulled upward Sitting forward slightly, placing your legs and feet on the ground shoulder width apart.Make certain that your stance is good and level and that your shoulders are not tense. Placing the palms of your hands right over left on your lower stomach region. make certain that your armpits are open and your arms are held in a curved position. If you are female put the left hand over the right. place your mind onto your lower abdomen region. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Do not hold your breath, just let it occur. Count one and inhale, next count one and exhale.
Carry on until you get to the count of ten and return to one again and keep on if you lose attention start again. You can keep your eyes open or closed for this exercise. Following training your entire body will turn out to be more stress-free and your breathing will intensify into your lower abdomen region.

• It gently massages your internal organs – liver, spleen, kidneys and heart

• Calms down your body to avoid tension of fight flight reaction

No person is the same. And the adage can be said in the sport of boxing. All boxers understand that the rule of the game is simple - punch your opponent until you knock him out, gives up, or the final bell sounded. But then, the way a boxer fights is what makes him different among the rest.
There are different types of boxers, depending on their strengths, their skill levels, and other correlated attributes. A boxer plays the game the way he does because of the fusion of all these features.
Different Boxing Styles
Brawler / Slugger
Brawlers are those who punch and punch with utter disregard for technique, relying heavily on their punching power to win. Most of them are slow and has poor footwork skills. They also tend to get hit a lot and most of the time, they catch a lot of shots on the way in.
While this can be a bad idea for a sound boxer, brawlers who can take tons of punches and deliver tons of damage in return sometimes win bouts. One powerful punch is all they need to win a fight.
George Foreman was a pure brawler and his durability along with his relentless style makes him one of the most feared brawlers when he was still active.
For example, a 170 lb male with a strong punch should work on a seventy pound punching bag, while a professional boxer of the same weight would need a one-hundred pound bag. A lightweight or featherweight boxer would typically utilize a forty pound heavy bag.
The typical leather bag is covered in thick leather, similar in thickness to proper motorcycle grade leather. This leather varies in thickness but is typically one quarter of an inch thick. This allows the bag to withstand many more hits, regardless of if the boxer using it is using bag gloves or boxing gloves. In fact, leather is the preferred material for mixed martial artists that are practicing striking without gloves for a tournament that uses such rules.
Because leather is a natural product a bit of care is needed. Typically, a boxer will wipe down the bag after their practice session and someone that works for the gym will use leather cleaner once a week. As needed, a coat of leather conditioner will be added to make sure the leather stays supple and does not become brittle. While impressive to onlookers, most boxers would rather not have the leather shatter from a strong punch.
A heavy bag is essential to building stamina as well as coordination. Picking a proper size is important to make sure that the bag does not sway too much when the boxer punches it. If the bag is the wrong weight, it will be harder to punch because it is swaying too much. If it is too heavy, it can cause pain because it does not give enough for the size boxer.
He’s great for learning all your techniques and shots with. You can even throw uppercuts to the chin and body. Many people buy a separate upper cut bag to practice these shots but with the Bob body opponent punching bag you wouldn’t need one. So it really saves you money in the long run. I really like that.
Because he is so lifelike, you can actually target your punches towards specific parts of his body. You can’t do that with a regular punching bag.
Matching up the styles
Each type of boxer can dominate and be dominated. A brawler can easily beat a pressure fighter but struggles against a distance fighter. A distance fighter on the other hand, tends to have a hard time against pressure fighters.
But there are some instances where a boxer changes his style while in the fight to gain the upper hand. Bernard Hopkins can switch from a distance boxer to a pressure fighter if the situation calls for it. Manny Pacquiao, a boxer-puncher, can easily revert to his brawling self if he feels his opponent will go down with sheer punching power.

It is quite amazing when you stop to consider all of the different ideas and notions about proper dental care.  These seemingly conflicting theories leave the patient - or more accurately - the consumer, in a sea of bewilderment most of the time.
For instance, is fluoride in mouthwash and toothpaste good or bad? Many dental experts believe that toothpaste, mouthwash and even topical treatments of fluoride harden your teeth and are therefore good. Other researchers say that any fluoride containing product put in the mouth spikes blood fluoride levels. Fluoride apparently tends to accumulate in parts of the brain as well.
Research like that done by Dr. Phyllis J. Mullenix, PhD. clearly makes you question even small amounts of fluoride showing up in our drinking supply and food supply - as many foods are exposed to fluoridated water. She also discusses that when they wanted to study even lower doses of fluoride for extended periods of time, that her funding was cut.
There are even dentists who are against fluoride’s use in the human body for any reason. Confusing, isn’t it? Who do we listen too? I can’t answer that question definitively for you but here are some thoughts that I will share on this aspect of dental health.
I am personally against fluoridation of drinking water. Despite the arguments in favor of forced medication of our drinking supply, I think it is wrong to ‘force’ any medication on a population. This behavior effectively side steps each person’s right to choose. On the other hand, the choice of personal dental care products is just that: a choice. Each person as the right to choose whether he uses fluoridated rinse and toothpaste.
When it comes to adding fluoride to the drinking supply, many scientists and professionals are against the use of fluoride while many others are in support of it. When you have this kind of debate between scientists, isn’t it best to error on the side of caution?  Find out which tools can improve your oral health.

Before you should worry about whether you even need supplements or not, first begin with the basics. Don’t underestimate doing the groundwork, a lot of athletes want to jump right to the additional items when the ground work is where it is at. People tend to over complicate nutrition when the process is very simple.
Make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day. (Avoid pop and high calorie juices.) It is important to stay away from fat, sugar, and corn syrup these will zap your energy.
Make sure that there is a balance of protein, carbohydrate, and fat in every meal that you eat throughout the day. To make sure the muscles don’t get overworked it is crucial that you follow your workouts with some sort of protein/carbohydrate drink.
